To celebrate the 50th anniversary of The Beatles' historic first appearance on American TV (The Ed Sullivan Show, February 9, 1964), Dan Markus conceived, wrote, produced and narrated a 3 hour special that featured, in chronological order, "Every Single Single" that the band placed on the American Top 40. Particular emphasis was placed on the songs' backgrounds, with interviews by all four Beatles and Producer George Martin.
